With Guiddo you pay only for sightseeing days — once, and nothing renews. You buy a pack of days into your wallet; generating a full plan uses as many days as the plan covers. Days never expire — unused ones wait for your next trip. Plan sketches (a list of attractions arranged for you) are free, and the first one doesn’t even require days in the wallet.

Packs

Prices include VAT and are shown in PLN; in the App Store and Google Play the store price list in your account currency applies. A plan covers any number of places and cities within its days — Tuscany with Florence, Pisa and Lucca over 5 days is one plan and 5 days from the wallet.

How the wallet works

1. You buy a pack — the days land in the wallet on your account (shared between the app and the browser).
2. You create a plan sketch — for free. You can adjust it before paying anything.
3. You approve the sketch — Guiddo generates the full plan and uses as many days from the wallet as the plan has. A 3-day Paris = 3 days.
4. The remaining days stay for your next trip. Days never expire.

What every plan includes

Whatever the pack, every full plan has the same scope:

• Day-by-day itinerary — stops in sightseeing order, times, walking times, breaks, bad-weather alternatives.
• Text guide to the attractions — a description of every place: history, architecture, curiosities, practical information, how to get there.
• Audio guide — every description to listen to in your language.
• Point-by-point navigation — map with the day’s route, guidance on foot or by public transport, parking and return to the car.
• Conversation translator — two-way, voice, in context.
• AI guide chat — knows your plan and where you are.
• Downloadable PDF and offline mode — the whole plan with descriptions and audio on your phone.

The audio guide, chat and translator work for paid plans within the fair-use limits shown in the app.

What is free

The conversation about your trip and plan sketches: a list of attractions for each day matched to your pace, group and interests, which you can review and rebuild up to 5 times. The first sketch after signing up requires no days in the wallet; later sketches require a wallet balance of at least as many days as the plan has, but don’t use them. You pay only when you approve a sketch and want the full plan with descriptions, audio, map and PDF. No card to start, no trial to cancel.

Payments and refunds

On the website you pay by card via Stripe — the invoice is e-mailed automatically right after payment. In the App Store or Google Play app — through the store you downloaded the app from; those purchases are billed and refunded through your Apple or Google account. Days you haven’t used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; days spent on generating a plan are not refundable (digital content made for you). If generation fails on our side, the days return to your wallet automatically. Details in the Terms of Service.

Pricing questions

Is one pack enough for two trips? Yes, if you have enough days: a 7-day pack is, say, a weekend in Prague (3 days) plus four days in Lisbon on another date. Each plan is one trip, but the days in your wallet are yours and never expire.

What if the trip runs longer than I planned? You buy the missing days. You decide whether to add exactly what’s missing or more as a reserve — longer packs are cheaper per day.

Can I use the plan on several devices? Yes — your account, wallet of days and plans are shared between the app and the browser, so you can sign in on your phone, tablet and computer.

Can days be transferred or exchanged for money? No — days are tied to your account. Unused days can only be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
