Questions about the app and your plan — if something isn’t working, tell us the city, the dates and the device; a screenshot halves the time. Before writing, check the FAQ — most questions about offline use, languages and payments are answered there.
Payments and invoices — the invoice for a website purchase is e-mailed automatically right after payment; if it hasn’t arrived, write to us from your account’s e-mail address. App Store or Google Play purchases are handled through the store you bought from.
Privacy and data — account deletion is in the app settings; data export or other GDPR requests: rodo@guiddo.travel.
B2B partnerships — travel agencies, hotels, airlines, cities and tourism boards: Guiddo can be the guide for your customers under your brand or inside your app. Write to partners@guiddo.travel — tell us who you are and how many travellers, and we’ll come back with a proposal.
